Our A1 fire rated profiles and rails are available in aluminium and stainless-steel finishes in a range of forms and sizes to fit most cladding applications. The L/T profiles are most commonly used in connection with Fortis “helping hand” brackets to create a subframe. Z/Omega profiles can be used if required as vertical or horizontal mullions, Corner profiles for external corner support.
Our cladding profiles are suitable for mechanical fixing and structural bonding of various facade finishes. The rails and brackets form a substructure and transfer the cladding and wind loads onto the substrate for added support.
Cladmate Profiles and Rails are made to BS EN 1090-3:2008 from Aluminium Alloy 6063 T6 or Stainless-Steel Grade 304. Anodised and powder-coated options are also available upon request.
Profiles are supplied in two standard lengths. A cutting service is available to suit your project needs, saving you time and money.
